Death Waltz is set to release Le Matos’ Turbo Kid (Chronicles of the Wasteland) soundtrack on December 2. The double LP was mastered for vinyl by James Plotkin.
The 1,000 copy release is presented on 180 gram tri-color vinyl (red, green, and black) with a 425gsm gatefold sleeve jacket with insert and obi strip.
Of the music, Death Waltz founder Spencer Hickman writes:
It’s the kind of electronic album that not only appeals to synths heads but rock fans, too, as it has an energy that makes it sound like a live band is playing. Obvious musical cornerstones include 80s synth pop, early Daft Punk and the Ed Banger label as much as Halloween or Blade Runner.
